Sponsor: Ozark Federal Credit Union ("Ozark FCU" or "Sponsor"), located 2438 Katy Lane, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.

Promotion Period: The "Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway" (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on April 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on July 24, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period. Sponsor's clock is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

1. Eligibility

The Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to any member of Ozark Federal Credit Union (“Ozark FCU” or “Sponsor”) who meets all of the following requirements:

(a)     Is a member in Good Standing (defined below) at the time of entry and remains in Good Standing through the end of the Promotion Period (11:59 p.m. CT on July 24, 2026) and at the time of prize award; (b) Is a permanent legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, or holds a valid Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN); (c) Has a valid U.S. street address (P.O. boxes not permitted); and (d) Is at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater) as of July 24, 2026.

(b)    The Promotion is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.

A member in “Good Standing” is determined solely by Ozark FCU and means a member who:

Has at least one active share (savings) account with Ozark FCU,
Has not defaulted on any payment obligation to Ozark FCU,
Has no charge-offs with Ozark FCU, and
Is not thirty (30) or more days delinquent on any Ozark FCU account or loan.
 

Any member who, as of July 24, 2026, (i) is thirty (30) or more days delinquent on any loan or account, (ii) has a charged-off debt with Ozark FCU, or (iii) is subject to levy, garnishment, bankruptcy proceedings, or any legal hold on their account(s) is not in Good Standing and will be disqualified.

Employees, officers, directors, volunteers, contractors, and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses, siblings, in-laws, and anyone residing in the same household) of Ozark FCU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and any marketing partners involved in this Promotion are not eligible to enter or win.

Any potential winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and must:

Sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release,
Provide their Social Security Number or ITIN for tax reporting,
Complete IRS Form W-9, and
Present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification.
 

All required documents must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of first notification attempt. Failure to respond or comply within this timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, Ozark FCU may select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.

The prize (up to $10,000) will be applied as a one-time principal reduction to the winner’s single Eligible Loan with the highest outstanding balance as of July 24, 2026. If the winner has multiple Eligible Loans, only the loan with the highest balance will receive the prize payment. The prize will not be applied to any other loans (whether held at Ozark FCU or elsewhere). Declaration as the official winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements and complying with these Official Rules.

2. How to Enter

No new loan, purchase, or transaction is necessary to enter or win the Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway, but you must be a member in Good Standing with Ozark Federal Credit Union (Ozark FCU) and meet all eligibility requirements of these Official Rules.

Automatic Entry: Eligible primary members in Good Standing who have at least one Eligible Loan that is “Funded” and held with Ozark FCU as of 11:59 p.m. CT on July 24, 2026 (the last day of the Promotion Period) will be automatically entered into the random drawing.

A “Funded” Eligible Loan means the member has applied for, completed, signed, and met all Ozark FCU loan agreement and documentation requirements, and Ozark FCU has received all required signed agreements, documents, notes, and other paperwork (including all required verifications, title work when applicable, secured filed lien when applicable, and all other Ozark FCU required lending information and documents), and Ozark FCU has disbursed the loan funds.

Automatically entered eligible primary members will receive one (1) entry based on the Eligible Loan with the highest outstanding balance as of 11:59 p.m. CT on July 24, 2026. The Eligible Loan selected for potential prize application (payoff or partial payoff) will be the one with the highest balance on that date and must be in the eligible primary member’s name.

Mail-In Entry (for members without an Eligible Loan):

Eligible primary members who are in Good Standing as of July 24, 2026, but do not have a current Funded Eligible Loan with Ozark FCU, may enter once by hand-writing the following on a 3” x 5” index card: “Ozark FCU Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway – Spring 2026,” your full legal name (exactly as it appears on your Ozark FCU account records), complete U.S. street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number with area code, and the date.

Mail the card, with sufficient prepaid postage, to: Ozark Federal Credit Union Attention: Marketing – Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway 2438 Katy Lane, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901

All mail-in entries must be handwritten, placed in a hand-addressed envelope, and mailed through the United States Postal Service with full postage prepaid (no postage-due or metered mail accepted). Entries must be postmarked by July 24, 2026, and received by Ozark FCU no later than July 31, 2026.

Mechanically reproduced, digitally created, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost, or postage-due entries will be disqualified. There is a limit of one (1) entry per eligible primary member throughout the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Automatic entries take precedence; any mail-in entry from a member who also receives an automatic entry will be void.

All entries become the exclusive property of Ozark FCU and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating (whether via automatic entry or mail-in), you consent to these Official Rules and to Ozark FCU’s use of any information provided for marketing and other lawful purposes.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

Only one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected for the Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway. The winner will be randomly chosen by Ozark Federal Credit Union (Ozark FCU) on or about August 5, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Ozark FCU’s selection and announcement of the winner is final and binding in all respects.

Grand Prize (1 winner): A one-time principal reduction of up to $10,000 applied directly to the winner’s single Eligible Loan with the highest outstanding balance as of 11:59 p.m. CT on July 24, 2026.

If the highest Eligible Loan balance is $10,000 or less → the loan will be paid in full and any lien released (if applicable).
If the highest Eligible Loan balance is more than $10,000 → exactly $10,000 will be applied as a principal reduction. The remaining balance, including any accrued interest and fees, remains due and payable according to the original loan agreement.
The winner will not receive any cash, credit, or benefit for the difference if the loan balance is less than $10,000. No cash payment or cash equivalent will be made.
 

For winners who entered by mail-in and do not have an existing Eligible Loan as of July 24, 2026: The winner will receive a $10,000 voucher redeemable only toward the purchase or financing of a new or used Eligible Loan (auto, titled recreational vehicle, or personal loan) through Ozark FCU. The voucher:

Is valid until the later of (i) December 4, 2026, or (ii) four (4) months from the date of the official winner announcement.
Is non-transferable, has no cash value, and expires if not used by the deadline.
Is subject to full credit approval, underwriting guidelines, and all Ozark FCU lending policies in effect at the time of application.
For titled vehicles, the purchase price must not exceed the fair market value as determined by Ozark FCU using industry-standard valuation tools.
Requires the winner to complete and fund a new Eligible Loan with Ozark FCU within the redemption period.
 

If the mail-in winner does not complete and fund a qualifying new Eligible Loan within the redemption period, the prize is forfeited with no substitute or cash alternative.

The prize may not be substituted, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law). The total value of the prize awarded will never exceed $10,000. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. A 1099-MISC will be issued for any prize valued at $600 or more.

No prize will be paid in cash (except as expressly stated above for the voucher redemption). The prize will be applied directly to the winner’s Eligible Loan balance in Ozark FCU’s system or, for mail-in winners without a loan, issued as a voucher redeemable only through Ozark FCU. Ozark FCU’s records and decisions regarding loan balances, eligibility, and prize application are final.

4. Restrictions

Only one (1) entry per each eligible primary member is allowed. Eligible members will automatically be entered into the Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway based on their Ozark FCU Eligible Loan and Good Standing member status. If eligible members have more than one Eligible Loan with Ozark FCU, then the highest balance Eligible Loan, in the Ozark FCU system records as of 11:59 p.m. CT on July 24, 2026, will be the Eligible Loan eligible for payoff or partial payoff, subject to the requirements of these Official Rules. Eligible members will only be allowed one entry, regardless of the number of Eligible Loans held with Ozark FCU. If an eligible member submits an entry by U.S. mail, they may only submit one entry and will be eligible for only one entry. ALL MAILED ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY July 24, 2026 (THE END OF THE PROMOTION PERIOD) BY THE U.S. POST OFFICE AND MUST BE RECEIVED BY OZARK FCU NO LATER THAN July 31, 2026. Any subsequent entries or multiple entries determined to be submitted in violation of these Official Rules will be discarded as ineligible. Eligible members with an Eligible Loan automatic entry will take priority over any mailed-in entries by the same eligible member; duplicate entries by mail will be discarded. Ozark FCU reserves the right and has the power to discard multiple and/or subsequent entries in violation of these Official Rules. At any time you may be asked to verify your entry information and validate your eligibility. Any illicit, illegal, or other dishonest activity to undermine or tamper with the legitimate operation of this Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway by any person or related person to an eligible person by cheating, hacking, deception, or other practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Ozark FCU entities will invalidate such person’s eligibility to win.

5. GENERAL:

Unless you specifically opt-out of being automatically entered into the Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway by providing written notice to Ozark Federal Credit Union (Ozark FCU) of your opt-out selection, you agree to be entered into the Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway and represent that you have read these Official Rules and agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not wish to be automatically entered into this Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway upon eligibility, please notify Ozark FCU Member Services at 573-686-7221 or through one of our conveniently located branches and provide us with a written statement of your desire not to be entered into the Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway. Only one (1) award will be awarded to a verified and eligible member and winner, and the winner decision will be final. The winner will be randomly selected from the list of eligible entrants maintained on the Ozark FCU system. The potential winner will be notified by phone on or after August 5, 2026. If any potential winner randomly selected is disqualified, found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or fails to personally respond to Ozark FCU within seven (7) calendar days of the initial phone notification from Ozark FCU or its representative, then Ozark FCU reserves the right to disqualify the winner and randomly select another potential winner. If the foregoing occurs, then the initial potential winner will be considered to have forfeited his or her award. Potential winners do not need to be present to win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries on the Ozark FCU system; only one entry per eligible primary member during the Promotion Period is allowed. Neither Ozark FCU nor any of its divisions, affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, representatives, agents, or partners are responsible for any late, lost, stolen, incomplete, ineligible, invalid, illegible, inaccurate, or misdirected entries. The award is not transferable, exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash (except as expressly provided for mail-in winners via voucher), and may only be applied to an Eligible Loan with Ozark FCU (or as otherwise indicated in these Official Rules). The eligible potential winner must present a valid U.S. government or state-issued photo identification (unexpired) to claim the award. The official winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, fill out an IRS Form W-9, sign a Consent and Liability Release Form, and agree to pay all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and costs to receive his or her award. The official winner who accepts the award grants Ozark FCU the right to use the official winner’s name, address, photograph, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Any personally identifiable information received, provided, or collected for purposes of the Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway will be protected in accordance with Ozark FCU’s privacy policy located at [insert Ozark FCU privacy policy URL, e.g., https://www.ozarkfcu.com/privacy-policy]. Ozark FCU reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, and/or modify the Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway and these Official Rules, in whole or in part. Applicable U.S. federal and Missouri state laws apply to this Big Loan Lift Off Giveaway and these Official Rules. All award amounts will be reported as taxable income to the official winner. All federal, state, and local taxes imposed by acceptance of the award are solely the responsibility of the official winner and the official winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of any such award amount.
